"Had lunch here Mon 9 July, first class. This is a pub that does very high quality home-made pub-grub at very competitive prices. It is not a restaurant that sells beer. They have at least 5 real ales on at any one time. I also completely agree with the previous review, we met a very friendly group of individuals. Smokers are well catered for u ..."

"Had lunch here on 30 Aug with my wife, roast of the day, superbly cooked with no evidence of a microwave in sight, smell or taste ! Tourists, if you're wandering these back-roads it's worth a visit and they have good parking. Smokers, better than average facilities. ..."
