On 18-7-2009 mauler said : "A great boozer with a dentists chair at the bar and all kinds of oddities inside the bar.This friendly bar serves a good range of quality ale,and live music is played downstairs. Well worth a visit."
       

On 02-2-2004 denboy said : "Serendipity!! As perfect a pub as a pub can be. Non - conventional boozer full of unconvential boozers. Brilliant basement bar drawing better entertainment than Berwick deserves. A must for locals and visitors alike."
