"The Royal Oak is on the Kidderminster Road about 8 miles from Bridgnorth as you go through the signs for Alveley. It is an attractive building in a lovely setting with ample parking at the front/side and a beer garden and play area at the rear. The traditional bar area is cosy with a real fire and serves real ales (including Enville Ale, Enville Ginger, Abbot Ale and Speckled Hen).
The restaurant is modern and spacious and serves excellent reasonably-priced food which is beautifully presented - I have eaten there many times and would particularly recommend the steak as it is the nicest I have had anywhere!

"We enjoyed a lovely meal last night - the food was beautifully cooked and plentiful. My husband had a huge T bone steak and said it was the best he'd had in years. There was quite a wait but the waitresses did apologise and the food was worth waiting for. It's not overly expensive either and the couple running it were very friendly - well worth a visit."
