"I had my Christmas meal here 2004 - the service was slow and we were sat to one side for 45 minutes without even being offered a drink - there was a delay of 30 minutes betwwen courses - there were no greens - the potatoes were hard, the gravy thin - it took 4 and a half hours to serve about 20 people - we had to open cheese and biscuits up ourselv ..."
