The welcome is great and they are making a big effort to tidy the place up and inject some life into it. No food or bedrooms yet, but if we ever get nice weather there is a beer garden with great views (don't worry that you can't see a beer garde ..."

"I wonder if the other person to write a review has been back since "The Refurbishment"! - The garden hasn't changed much and there still no food and no music but inside it'e now one big room with a central bar. On the plus side the beer is good and quite cheap ..."

"What a find! Tucked away just on the edge of Bromyard on top of the hill. Very warm welcome and a good pint of Wye Valley bitter to boot! Well worth the visit and a nice place to bring the family. ..."
