Named after the tinker who expressed a poor opinion about the King only to find out he was speaking to King James 1st and was knighted for his honesty. "Once a wonderful family pub with excellent facilities for sport, starting to decline due to the amount of coke consumed and I am not talking about the 'real thing'.
Small garden now converted into a smoking section. Beer prices not bad and clientele on the young side but never any trouble. New landlady keeping everyone in order.
