"Went for a family meal. Bar was clean and spacious. The dining room was in a separate room, which I liked. This was light and airy and professionally laid out. Service was excellent. the food was prepared promptly and of excellent quality. We did phone ahead with a special requirement, which they were happy to accommodate. Very easy to find on the A134 between Thetford and Kings Lynn. Not too sure what other beers were available, but a good range present. They also offered bar meals. Pool and darts were available.
Good mix of clientele, and was busy enough for comfort on a Saturday evening. Smoking area outside with chairs, tables and under cover. Families welcome. Only drawback was that it right on the A134 so traffic noise might bother some people if sitting outside. We had a friendly greeting on entry and thanked on the way out. All-in-all we had an very enjoyable experience."

"Very friendly, and two people, including the owner, made a great fuss of our Labrador. A fair menu for a place out in the sticks, but let down by lack of vegetarian offerings. The food was well presented, but wIth only one meal taken we cannot offer too much comment. A fair range of drinks, again considering the remote location, and with Aspell's Cyder on draught. We'll be quite happy to visit again when in this area."
