| On 10-6-2008 nessy said : "Hopefully the summer has now arrived and to celebrate this, Pi Bar has just launched the refreshing draught Westons Premium Cider - with a cider iced crust, so no more watery pints like you get with magners/bulmers etc! This is exclusively available within the area at Pi.
Open mic returns on the 15th June from 8.30pm and then every fortnight. Also Pi Bar is proud to announce, in association with the up and coming Leicester based band The Carnabys, an all day acoustic season on the August Bank Holiday showcasing Leicestershire’s best live acts.
Quiz night every Tuesday from 8.30pm with cash prizes and free drinks raffles.
All the Euro 2008 games are being show on the big screens.
Lets not forget, Pi Bar has new opening hours – Sunday to Thursday open ‘til 12am and Friday and Saturday open ‘til 1am.

You can always get served quickly and they offer table service if you are feeling lazy! Weekends get really busy with top local DJ's prebar to SHIVOO and MAMABA at originial four. Great offers for students and loyal customers - Top Place, Top Drinks, Top Tunes, Top Crowd - see you there!!"
