On 24-4-2008 norcsalordie said : "A lovely little place across from the Leicester train station. The landlord definately knows how to keep his beer right. There's a large yard at the rear of the pub with covered stalls which used to be the stable and stable yard in the days when this was a railway hotel, the yard is now used as a handy smoking area. There's a jukebox with a wide selection of music and some brilliant live entertainment is regularly offered too."
