"Traditional pub that has been refurbished without losing any of its character. Two small rooms, a main bar and a tiny snug. Tetley cask bitter and mild, Jennings Bitter and Burton Ale were on as well as 2 guests. Loved this pub and the welcome I was given by the locals and staff. Apparently this place is one of only 10 pubs to have been in every edition of the good beer guide (36 years)."
