"We just held our Chritmas Party at this pub and it was dreadful. 21 people can't all be wrong and when we informed the owner all he could do was to make matters worst by making excuses and even blaming our party. No effort had been made to dress the tables, even the table lamps had no oil in them. It took 50 minutes for the first food to arrive and ..."

"definately a locals pub but all are friendly, beer is fantastic, a little gloomy inside - decor a bit outdated but it doesnt let the place down too much - the beer is too good for that. highly recommended ..."

"this place really has gone downhill. such a shame - had many good memories here, used to be my local a few years back but recently visited the area and had to go in for old times sake. took an incredibly long time to be served not even busy but staff just not paying attn to who is waiting at the bar. the beer was ok, but not the best ..."
