"Saturday 18th Nov. This place was on its third chance for us and now we will not be going again. Its on our doorstep and we have used it reguarly but its really gone downhill. The food was awful and very small portions. I got 1 tablespoon of custard with my desert.my chickedn carbonara came with an unrecognisable type of pasta, was just sauce reall ..."

"on a recent trip back to the motherland i perchanced upon this establishment. I'd not been in many a year and dedided to see if it had retained the atmosphere of old. i found the ale to be varied and quaffable, the staff friendly and courteous and the locals more than accomdating. thoroughly recommmended. ..."

"We had a meal in this pub last week and the food was excellent. The pub itself was very noisy with what appeared to be locals watching sport on the tv which spoilt it somewhat and as for the landlord, well all i can say is that he didn't do a seconds work and seemed to be drinking all the profits. ..."
