On 10-6-2012 ian1234 said : "Booked on Friday for an evening meal on Saturday, when we arrived was told that they did not have our booking! Please make sure you get the persons name who takes your reservation or you’ll be disappointed. We travelled a long distance, but staff were not helpful or sympathetic to their mistake. Went to Kings Arms in Boxley instead lovely meal and very helpful staff go there instead!"

On 01-11-2006 kingfisher said : "Very pleasant, country pub in the village of Thurnham on the corner of the crossroads of Pilgrim way and the road to Bearsted.It has been burnt down twice in its history."
