On 30-7-2009 pencroft said : "The sort of pub you may go to because you have half a dozen kids or you have seen the two for one advert. The food is reasonable but conveyer belt style but often the service can be slow. Beer is nothing to write home about and decore needs a bit of attention particularly the carpets which you can sometimes stick to."
       

On 04-9-2005 jimmy7 said : "The Bluebell is a typical managed house, with a large non-smoking food area, decent sized car park and drinks priced to leave you with pockets full of coppers. Service is slow, which could be blamed on the odd pricing scheme. Typical brewery menu - prawn cocktails and steaks all the way. More of a place for a microwaved lasagne with your gran than a few pints with your mates."
