"Chocolate-box pretty setting, with large lawns & outdoor seating. The building is historic, the inside is old fasioned, with open fires & oak beams. There are numerous small cozy rooms in which people can eat, as well as a large, airy carvery (for which you must book!). The food is of good quality & service is quick (if slightly shambolic).
