"The building is very smart, toilets nice and clean and plenty of places to sit and the beer is well kept and served.
However that's as far as the good things go. They operate a dress code: No hats or hoods. But the sign on the door as you go in is easily missed and the management are very rude when telling you to take off your offending head gear.
Also there is a minimum £10.00 spending limit on cards. This is fair enough, however what is not fair is the £1.00 charge they will make for transactions under a tenner. I asked if they could charge my card £10.00 and give me change (not unreasonable and offered in many establishments these days) but was met with stubborn refusal.
Also the Drinks are over priced, £3.80 for a pint of Heinekin? City centre prices perhaps, but I go to city centre pubs which are cheaper.
Overall, a nice premises ruined by the people who run it. "
