"i went here a few wks ago, the pub is newly decorated but run down, they smoke in the pub after hours, the staff mess around all the time and the place is filthy. it looks like it has not been cleaned for months if not a year. the beer tastes like it hasn't had a line clean for weeks, also evidence of cocaine use in the toilets. no wonder pubs are ..."

"Have not been in years as I do not live in the area any more but when I did I would not choose to go there. Worst pub in the village by far, bad reputation for fights and gaudy decor. The name has a long history but this is not the original White Bear, the original was located 100 meters down the hill from where it is now on Barnsley Road. ..."
