"This is one crazy pub. Surrounded by excellent alehouses, during the day the signs exort you to wait patiently as all the food is cooked on the premises. At night you are assaulted by mid-range frequency sound at 120Db which is designed to repel beer drinkers. Only got halfway to the bar & had to turn round and leave. "Busy pub 50 yards from the High Street & jam packed to the gunnels when we visited on a Friday evening. Tetleys bitter on tap & WWII says it is much cheaper than the rest of Skipton. You can watch sport on an exceeding big screen (for a small pub) We enjoyed it & will be back! ..."
