On 30-7-2012 paulpub said : "Out of the way and not popular because of that. Also poor drinks stock, no choice of wine! Supposed to be refurb but unclean and no different. Utterly disappointed! (July 12)"

On 18-7-2005 quaffer said : "Good old fashioned country pub with good beer and good food, the village Post Office is also run from an out building in the car park."
