"I visited this pub because it had a good reputation. The food is good. Beer ok, not always real ales on though. There is a music jam night on thursdays although some of the musicians think they are God's gift - get a life. Overall, a pub I would make the effort to call in again ..."

"Stopped here for a meal whilst on holiday and just kept going back. The size of the plates and the portions of food on them are huge, good value for money. Staff friendly and attentive, food nice and fresh with a good variety on the menu. Plenty of friendly locals and a good atmosphere in this pub which has a good range of draught beers and real ..."
