On 04-3-2012 maverickgray said : "Traditional Pub with a great atmospere, and always something going on. Music, bands, Darts, pool, club meets etc. Friendly staff, and a gem of a Landlady. I had an excellent meal of home made steak pie, real chips, and real mushy peas at their recession busting price of £2.50. Good beer, and the ages were mixed when I called in on a tuesday night."
