On 17-9-2010 barry2771 said : "Just out side the City centre and a bit hidden, this one is worth finding. it's right on the river Itchen. Run by James and Debbie, this was my 'local' for a number of years and I've spent many happy hours in this place. The foods top notch and 'Jimmer' cooks up some great grub including his 'CREDIT CRUNCH LUNCH' everyday in the week at £5.00 per person. Mondays is sausage and mash, Fridays, beer battered cod, chips and peas and Tuesday to Thursday you will have to turn up and see. It's sad to hear that the Landlord and lady are moving on in November and I wish them well after giving me some great memories of a classic bozzer. http://www.winchesterwillow.co.uk/"
