On 11-9-2007 euryalus said : "This is more of a bar or nightclub than a pub. It was until recently a pool club but has recently re-opened as a live music club "for over-21s from Monday to Friday, and over-25s at weekends". The proprietors state that here will be jazz on Sunday afternoons as well as folk music, rock, blues, and pop music. Entrance to the bar is free but there is normally a charge to see the bands. "
