On 11-10-2007 alicecoopersgirl said : "I have been going in the Elms for quite a few years now but lately the pub has lost its charm. The cleaning looks like it is done by someone who does not care,toilet walls are covered in things that should NOT be there and getting served is a nightmare,you can sometimes be ignored and have to wait for some time before you are noticed even if you are the only one standing at the bar. the prices have gone mad as well,its a quid for a 200ml bottle of coke. Not impressed."
