On 10-7-2005 tinytony said : "Is this a club or a pub ? Not for the discerning drinker, this is a classic young persons venue "enjoying" a prime position in the Micklegate run."

On 11-6-2004 shandy said : "Recently fully revamped two level club style pub. Biggest mofo kick arse floor to ceiling TV and the bar maids aren't too shabby either. Was rather pissed up at the time though, beer goggles and all that. If you're on a bit of a crawl, this is more a middle to end pub as pricier than surrounding pubs, has music and dance floor."
