Haltwhistle Pubs : The Black Bull pub in Haltwhistle
'i visited this pub last week (thursday) never having been there before and was knocked out by the ambience as soon as i entered. the welcome was there as was the friendliness of the locals "col sanders" in particular. this pub is the best that i have ever been in and the food was fantastic !! fillet steak pie with a stilton gravy and real homemade chips for £10. beat that. go there and you will not be dissapointed !!!'

Shrewsbury Pubs : The Loggerheads pub in Shrewsbury
'you go back in time when you visit this pub..it has to be seen to be believed !!! the food is first class and trhe beer has to be the best kept in shropshire.(real ales of course).\another must is the cheerful banter from sharon the barmaid !!!'
