Leicester Pubs : The Old Horse Hotel pub in Leicester
'A pub that is truly unique. Very interesting decor inside with everything from pictures of old Leicester through to a coffin. Drink prices are very high for Leicester, but the food is quality and the staff are helpful and quick to serve you. Tuesday night is Quiz night, Wednesday is the Coffin Club and Friday is Karaoke. Huge garden to the rear which is perfect for outside summer drinking, plus there are owls and a rabbit; not in the same cage though. A great place to go for a drink, particularly for a Sunday Roast. Plus the punters are a true mix up, with students and OAPs both being regulars at all times of the day.'
