'Awful service. The staff are immature and incompetent. My partner and I popped in for some lunch recently and it was so quiet there were in fact more staff than customers. You would therefore expect good service, it's usually when you get bad service they use the excuse "we're so busy today", but no, the staff were clearly using the opportunity to have a day long break. All we could hear were them screeching and singing while we were eating. They had a complaint from a customer to deal with while we were there and after the lady had gone back to her table we could clearly hear them talking about it and mocking her. Our food turned up (not very warm) and the staff memeber who brought it over said the sauces would be along in a minute...they never turned up, it's not like they didn't have the staff! I won't be going back in a hurry, i'll spend my money somewhere I can get some decent service for it.'
