Keele Pubs : Sneyd Arms pub in Keele near Newcastle
'Wow we went for a sunday lunch after being told about the sneyd. On entering the pub we were pleseantly surprised on the decor and cleanliness of the pub. On surveying the menu we found a range of foods to suit everyone including children, and five traditional beers as well as your standard bar drinks. On sunday lunch the sneyd serves a carvery from twelve noon which is all fresh food (no slam ping). The waitress service was excellent and a whole mix of clientelle the, pub is set in a historic village which is depicted by the pictures and information on the walls. It is only 3 miles from newcastle and well worth a visit due to the overall service of the staff and mine host.'
