'On the two occasions that my family have visited the pub the customer service by (who I've been informed is) the owner is disgraceful. He is off hand, contemptuous, dismissive and plain rude. There is no reason for his attitude as we are simply asking normal customer questions regarding food and drink but his answers are cutting and sarcastic...We informed him that he was a disgrace and left. We enquired locally and was informed that he is known for his appalling attitude to his customers apparently. We won't be giving him anymore of our custom that's is for sure'
