'the canteen is now called the Lane, a new owner has recently took over running the place and changed alot, the place has had over £75,000 worth of refurbishments and the standard of clientele has been raised to do away with any possible fighting at the weekends it is now one of the most jumping pubs in falkirk with friendly door and bar staff, top DJs at the weekend, karaoke every week and live bands coming in soon on top of that the food is highly regarded as some of the best pub food in falkirk and the menu is on from 12pm-9pm well worth a visit!!!'
