Neath Pubs : The Tunnel Tavern pub in Neath
'Glad I ignored the girl with obvious eye probs. This place is very clean and friendly. The staff actually made me feel welcome within about 5 mins. Children were present but all very well behaved. They also have a MASSIVE black dog that is a very friendly BIG but friendly!!!. Beer prices beat the local Wetherspoons and wow what a selection of spirits - i counted over 30 Whiskeys - which the staff were very knowledgeable about and even ended up selling me a fine whiskey when i haven't touched the stuff for 10 years! Great proper / real pub with pub games, beer garden with heaters and a real log fireplace - although it wasn't alight on my first (of many) visits. Regulars all really freindly and had a good laugh. Also one of Neaths only proper pubs and it has a car park which i will ake use of next time. Great Job guys keep it up.'
