'A good old boozer. Live music on weekends, good home cooked food and some great real ales. Handy stop off point on cycle route 43. Great outdoor drinking area in the summer.'

'I visited this pub because it had a good reputation. The food is good. Beer ok, not always real ales on though. There is a music jam night on thursdays although some of the musicians think they are God's gift - get a life. Overall, a pub I would make the effort to call in again'
