' I went for a meal last night with 2 friends. We had to wait ages for a menu and had to ask for the menu. The waitresses were quite friendly and polite. The food was quite poor. I ordered grilled salmon steak with hollandaise sauce. the salmon didn't seem as if it had been grilled , was a very cheap cut with lots of dark brown meat on it. It was very dry and had a bitter taste. The sauce was good. The potatoes were tasty but slightly overcooked and the rest of the vegetables were totally overcooked. A very poor meal . I will not be going there again , even though it is very close to where I live. One of my friends had the garlic bread which was delicious. The room upstairs was freezing and a few other tables felt the cold and kept their coats/ jackets on. I then turned a radiator on, but by 10PM the whole heating sysytem was turned off. Only go there with lots of layers, boots and have some garlic bread. have a meal somewhere else!'
