Leicester Pubs : The Hind pub in Leicester
'A lovely little place across from the Leicester train station. The landlord definately knows how to keep his beer right. There's a large yard at the rear of the pub with covered stalls which used to be the stable and stable yard in the days when this was a railway hotel, the yard is now used as a handy smoking area. There's a jukebox with a wide selection of music and some brilliant live entertainment is regularly offered too.'

'A great pub with lots of character offering real ales, good food and friendly service. A bed and breakfast service is also available. Regular live music is offered with some great bands. We regularly visit when we're in Somerset and will certainly be back! '

'What a place! This is a real drinkers pub! A spit and sawdust sort of place off the main drag in Rochester, no frills just simple, fantastic beer. Also available are a fine selection of international beers and the staff are very clued up if you need them to recommend you a drink. Add to this the great live entertainment and you're onto a winner!'

'Interesting little pub. Went here when we had a holiday a few weeks back. The bar area is full of interesting old vending machines and gambling games. Seems the landlord is a collector! A b+b is offered and some great food and live music too.'
