'After reading the poor reviews , I was doubtful about visiting here.But hoped that the adverse comments had been noted, and that things had improved. They hadn't. My lunch-time jacket potato was cold; its fillings and accompaniments carelessly applied and served. My colleague ( a client ) chose scampi. It appeared that she was served a child's portion. No wonder your website does not disclose the owners and managers of this establishment. But I know who they are !'
