Charmouth Pubs : The George pub in Charmouth near Bridport
'Came to Charmouth at the beginning of July, unfortunately the weather was awful with heavy rain and gales. We arrived in the pub early afternoon to escape the weather and were really pleased with the reception we were given. We enjoyed a lovely bar meal in the huge gazebo, and several games of pool and darts. When the rain stopped we ventured outside onto a massive lawn with small park area for younger children and discovered three goats living at the end of the garden. They were very entertaining and we had fun feeding them!! My 10-year-old has ADHD but was kept occupied and entertained the whole time we were there. (We stayed until tea-time!)Would recommend a visit if your in the area.'
