'This pub is an overall dissapointment. The thing that stands out the most is the management and the customer service. I have found several of the bar staff (and bar manager) to be rude, threatening and mostly disrespectful. In all fairness the drinks are cheap but the quality of them is appalling especially the lagers. The food is even worse, I bought a jacket potato which came to me half cooked and mainly tasting of pure salt. It's no surprise they don't publish any of their nutritional information anywhere! '

Bromsgrove Pubs : Ye Olde Black Cross pub in Bromsgrove
'Very good pub, very friendly bar staff and generally a good social environment. I would highly recommend friday nights for the rock nights and atmosphere. Beer garden is very nice and very spacious. Good idea on late openings on thursday, friday and saturday. Generally a great night out.'
