'As a regular client since opening feel the whole ethos of bar has been lost along the way. Bar requires total refurbishment as it is shabby,(even a lick of paint would help!) Staff need team building skills and better management. Food is good when it arrives and if it arrives with everything ordered (which more often than not is not the case) Clients vote with their feet and SO bar is in danger of becoming SO what- SO come on get it sorted and re instate what was once the best bar and eats in Knaresborough '
