Old Windsor Pubs : The Oxford Blue pub in Old Windsor near Windsor
'I love this pub!!! It used to be my watering hole when Barry was there in 2000 - 2001 gutted when he passed on I have not been there much since. However I have recently returned and had a few beers there (Great Beer), I must say the refurbishment is nice and looks fresh the staff are really friendly and it still has a cosy atmosphere. I have also heard that the food is fantastic there too(O: The Oxford Blue has a wonderful history, for those who do not know it was opened in 1829 by a veteran of the Battle of Waterloo - Tom Evans of The Royal Horse Guards (The Blues or Oxford Blues) hence the name of the pub named by Tom.
