Stone Pubs : Crown And Anchor pub in Stone
'Regular pub drinkers/diners, Overrall a great pub in a great town with great food and great evening entertainment. The only thing that disappoints me about this place is the loud obnoxious behaviour of some of the long term staff. I live locally and run a very successfull business. I know of a handful of my familys friends, male and female who are not allowed in this pub and are barred permanently. This all boils down to personally grudges and not the pub its self. I feel that the rules should be changed and the landlord should have his say on who comes in or not. Not the staff with there personal issues against certain memebers of the public! Time for a change and i have also noticed on other related sites (beerintheeveneing.com etc...)that im not the only stone local who feels like this. I take all my clients(and i have many) elsewhere because of the way some staff (one female in particular) treat my family friends. These issues need to be addressed and i know im not alone when i say this! The only let down of 'The Anchor' that i can see.'
