'It is amazing to see how the Blue Lion at Cwm has changed in such a short time, the new owners must have invested so much in the decor and the furniture to create such a feeling of comfort and quality. The big roaring fire was so welcome on such a cold night. A friend and I wished to treat our friend Phil who has recently moved to a new job. The food and service were superb, we have all dined around the world, but decided the quality of the food, the service and price were as good we you would find anywhere. I could go on about what we ate, but better still go and try for yourself, you will not regret it.'
