Bridlington Pubs : The Nags Head pub in Bridlington
'This is now probably the best pub in the world since Andrea and Chris Hall took over. If your idea of a pub is somewhere you walk in a stranger but leave having become a friend then this is the place to be.The landlord is one of the lads and keeps the best pint of John Smiths cask in the old town. Andrea is simply the best. The staff are all friendly and efficient. Good private room at the rear straight of the bar big enough for most functions but small enough to remain cosy.No food or menu at the moment but buffets available at very reasonable rates including private use of rear room for funeral teas, birthday parties etc. I used it recently and the buffet was excellent. If you like a proper pub then this is for you no airs and graces no fancy decor just 100% great atmosphere. Entertainment most weekends, domino tournament every Sunday, darts, pool etc.Mixed clientele mixed age.Dog friendly, well it would be when the pub dog is a great dane called Mac. Give this pub a try I promise you will visit again. Why not make a tour of the old town and start at the top, The Nags Head. Cheers.'

Bridlington Pubs : The Coachman pub in Bridlington
'This pub is fast becoming the best on the block. A great choice of real ales with rotating guest beers.A good ranch of beers for all tastes and pockets. Massive sandwiches for £1 with a packet of crisps and a tub of coleslaw thrown in. Huge function room on the first floor. Warm welcome always and snacks are often laid out on the bar from cheese and biscuits to seafood snacks crisps nuts etc. Food not available yet but catering is available for functions. The owner as several other pubs in Bridlington and as been around some time. A full refurbishment as started months ago from the top of the building first creating 6 letting rooms fully on suite. The main bar will be refitted shortly at the end of the summer season. Dogs are not allowed in the Coachman personally I'm glad of that. Watch this pub it is a traditional drinking hole destined to be one of the best in town'
