Littleborough Pubs : The Wheatsheaf pub in Littleborough
'Never in all my time have I been made to feel more welcome in a pub! The warm and friendly atmosphere welcomed me with open arms and made me extremely apprehensive to leave. The new time of last orders was just a blessing in disguise for a pub which should be allowed to be open 24/7. Not only were the bar staff and hoards of regular customers friendly, but also the interior of the pub was rustic in effect but modern at the same time. The evening atmosphere was somewhat different to during the day, it was cramped but fun. The mass crowd that is drawn in from all over the borough of Rochdale made my night an enjoyable and unforgettable experience especially due to the excellent choice of DJ. Ten stars all round!!!!'
