Sissinghurst Pubs : The Bull Inn pub in Sissinghurst near Cranbrook 'i have recently visited the above pub for a sunday carvery. it has recently changed hands as i have not visited it for over a year, to my surprise i found it to bright cheery and redecorated. The food itself was surperb and the price was very good at £9.95. it was nice to see that even when we are all going through tough times the new landlordand landlady working very to ensure the atmosphere and look of the pub is inviting warm and friendly. they have a open fire in the bar and what a delight that is on this cold days. I could not help but notice the hard work they are putting in to make sure that they offer something for all as not only do they do the carvery but also offer a bar snacks menu for anybody does not wish the carvery and yes they also do a vegarterian option. you could say they have thought of everything, yes but wait listing what else they do to tempt you taste buds Tuesday night quizz night!, wednesday, thursday lunch and evening meal £8.95 2 course per person. Friday all you can eat curry £6.95 per person and then on saturday steak night 10oz rump 8oz lamb, swordfish steaks £9.95 and a glass of house wine. in these hard times it is nice to see people still driving the pub buisness forward with good food , great prices and good service. good luck to them and their staff and I will be back with more peoplke well worth the visit.
