Keighley Pubs : The Friendly Inn pub in Keighley 'Laura and Lee, run this small but lovely little Pub. Everyone is made to feel welcome, including, Harvey my Labrador, he being, like me a frequent visitor. Games nights and quizes are the norm, later in the evening, and a function room is available also. Landlord Lee is a trained Chef, so his prepared food, for Functions,always well received. Well kept hand pulled beer,[Taylors],and assorted others, offer plenty of choice to locals and visitors alike. Newspapers available to read, and a large screen tele. if some sporting event being broadcast.Give it a visit, you won't be disappointed. ' Report
Keighley Pubs : Boltmakers Arms pub in Keighley 'A small but lovely Pub, run by Val and Phil, with plenty choice for the Real Ale drinker. [Taylors being to the fore.] Quiz nights, and live quality music, with Phil[The Music Man]in charge. Lovely Staff and a good crowd of locals, relate to the friendly surroundings. Visitors always made to feel welome, including Harvey my Labrador. ' Report
Edinburgh Pubs : The Old Bell Inn pub in Edinburgh 'As frequent visitors to Edinburgh,[My home town] we always finish our evening in this Pub. Locals and multi national visitors can be found, with healthy groups of Students. A good selection of beers available, and the Restaurant, above the Pub supplies quality food, if required. [You may need to pre book though as very popular]. Large screen televisions, are to be found all around the Pub, all displaying seperate sporting events, usually golf, boxing, football,or rugby, but none with volume so you can relax, enjoy people watching or read the supplied newspapers.'
