Berwick-Upon-Tweed Pubs : Free Trade Inn pub in Berwick-Upon-Tweed
'Frequently described as Berwicks best boozer, a visit to the Free Trade is a well recommended experience. Enter the pub and take a journey back in time - superb ale in unimproved surroundings. Brenda the landlady is areas longest serving publican and personifies the pub. A superb experience.'

Report

Berwick-Upon-Tweed Pubs : The Leaping Salmon pub in Berwick-Upon-Tweed
'Thematic and rather soulless pub, but some cheap drink.'
Report

Berwick-Upon-Tweed Pubs : The Meadow House pub in Berwick-Upon-Tweed
'Excellent but largely unchanging food. Good value and I suppose why not give the people what they want. Aspiring music venue attracts superb acts but doesn't receive support it deserves. Good choice of beers, and large range of spirits at fair prices. Immaculate and well presented staff.'
Report

Tweedmouth Pubs : The Grove Hotel pub in Tweedmouth near Berwick-Upon-Tweed
'Atmospheric Pub of a certain era. Hospitable landlord and landlady. Sunday lunches are surprisingly good and represent good value. Well supported on saturday nights by speedway fans who take over the lounge. Like so many pubs in Berwick, when its busy its great, but when quiet (often) can be an uninviting place for strangers.'
Report

Tweedmouth Pubs : The Bonarsteads pub in Tweedmouth near Berwick-Upon-Tweed
'Described by somebody as being like the Tardis in reverse, a very big building for the size of the bar. Reputedly, the hardest pub in Berwick, a deserved title. Locals can be made to feel welcome if ther face fits, while strangers will normally be met with contempt or at best suspicion. Perfect pub if you roll your own cigarettes and have tattooes.'
Report

Tweedmouth Pubs : Queens Head pub in Tweedmouth near Berwick-Upon-Tweed
'The fixtures say this is the 1980's, the locals look forward to it................'
Report

Tweedmouth Pubs : The Harrow pub in Tweedmouth near Berwick-Upon-Tweed
'Some evenings, a bustling harbour side bar where foreign tongues mix with the assorted accents of lorry drivers from the docks opposite. Some nights just dead.'
Report

'Tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished a couple of years ago, now a bustling community pub. The Thatch is unique.'

Report
