'Good Food, Yorkshire Puddings a real treat. Reasonable price, usual selection of beers, option of waitress service in restaurant or you can sit in bar and serve yourself.'

'Used to be my local for years, but the service behind the bar has become terrible, under staffed meaning 15 minute waits for a drink is not uncommon. The Food is good but go early or at off peak times as tables not always available and the usual long wait to be served.'

'Good drinking pub. Close to the Vetch Field (Swansea City FC), perfect for a pre match pint.'

Singleton Park Pubs : The Pub on the Pond pub in Singleton Park near Swansea
'A good family pub located in Swansea's boating lake with nice view overlooking the lake and the crazy golf course, meaning parents can have a drink and still keep an eye on the kids. The food is good, with a wide choice available. The beer is served well and the staff are friendly and helpful. Located also next to Swansea University this pub would be a popular choice for students, also close is Singleton Hospital, and with a walk of less than five minutes you will be on Swansea's Beach. During Summer months this pub becomes very busy, trade dies off a bit in the winter months. One minus point would be the car parking facilities, there is a council run car park at the back of the pub which services the Boating lake and Singleton Park, which I'm unsure if they allow you to park in for free if you just wish to use the pub.'
