Yateley Pubs : Poets Corner pub in Yateley 'The pub has just had a refit.
It's child friendly and generally has a good atmosphere.
It's a a member of the "Hungry Horse" chain and the food is tasty and generally well cooked.
The best bits about the refits are a CINEMA for the kids!! and a soft play area Kids only I'd guess.
Also has Sky Sports on a large LCD and a drop down big screen.
Good Food - Average beer.

Yateley Pubs : The Ely pub in Yateley 'I have to agree with the other posting - i went for a drink in the evening one week recently and was very impressed with the service that I decided to visit with my family on the Sunday.
We turned up at 12:45 on the Sunday to be told that they couldn't fit us in as they were fully booked up.
The pub was virtually empty - and nobody was dining - were they expecting everybody to turn up at 1PM promptly and occupy their seats?
We obviously got the 2nd string staff as well - we would have been out of there in 45 minutes - terrible customer relations.
I happend to drive by 2 hours later and the car park wasn't even half full.
Shameful.

Yateley Pubs : The Tythings pub in Yateley 'A very quiet pub above the council function rooms.
A good pint of Guinness and a guest real ale along with Stella, Carlsberg, London Pride and a few others make for the beers.
The wife enjoyed the dry white they served.
There is a pool table, dart board, Jukebox and Sky Sports (on 2 small TVs).
The local Football & Cricket teams use the pub as their club/base and the pub comes into it's own when a game is on - I've seen it very busy.
I often use the pub to watch the midweek/Sunday football on Sky and quite a few times I've been the only punter there!' Report
Yateley Pubs : The Dog & Partridge pub in Yateley 'Where to start?
The pub is the home to the Monster Raving Loony party - The leader is Alan Hope and he is also the landlord here.
The pub regulars are generally very friendly although the dark and out of date furnishings make it seem a little unwelcoming unpon first entry.
The pub has had at least 3 real ales on each time I have visited.
All very good - the usual suspects for the lager drinkers - I've had a couple of pints of Guinness there and they've been quite palitable.
Can't comment on the food as I have never eaten there.
The pub has regular events throughout the year - the landlord loves live music so if you're looking to play your music live, give them a go.
There are Morris Dancing events throughout the year - It's actually quite a laugh watching these events and you can get quite carried away with it all - there's usually a guest ale or two available on the day.

Yateley Pubs : Poets Corner pub in Yateley 'The pub has seen a change in management several times recently and has gone downhill since.
The pub is up for sale now - hopefully a decent buyer will come forward as the location and size of the premises could make for an excellent drinking establishment again.' Report
Yateley Pubs : The Anchor Inn pub in Yateley 'A real old fashioned real ale drinkers pub.
Usually has Ushers on draught.
Useful for watching Chelsea on Sky - I think the landlord is a fan.
Not child friendly really - which is a plus in my book if you need to get away from screaming kids.
Average age of punters must be 40+.
I can see why I fit in.' Report
