Ballymoney Pubs : Joeys Bar pub in Ballymoney
'Joeys bar is fantastic, just a small well run pub. It was owned by the late Joey Dunlop, Obe, Mbe, who tragically died in 2002 doing what he loved best, Motorcycle racing. It is now run and owned by his widow, Linda and lots of his friends. It is sorta built unto the railway station which makes it handy if you take too much to drink. There two of his racing motorcycles hanging from the ceiling in the main bar. If you like motorcycling then this is the bar for you, it is regulary visited by gentlemen bikers from all over the world, and a warm welcome is always extended. At the top of the road there is the Joey Dunlop Memorial Garden with a bronze statue of "THE KING OF THE ROADS" as well as many plaques detailing his amazing achievments!'

Carrickfergus Pubs : Royal Oak pub in Carrickfergus
'I drank in this bar since I was 16 (or was it 18), ha ha, it is not as good as it was since the refurbishment. Or maybe I am just too old (40). But big Mick the owner is a good friend'
